Fantastic experience! From Pete visiting to make design suggestions and measuring up, to Wade doing an excellent job on the garden gate installation. The gates have been very well made and the accessories match really well. The installation team (Wade and Ayden) were first class and couldn't have been more polite or helpful. Their fitting experience showed in the way that they hung the gates. They always checked with us before making fitting and accessory decisions. I recently needed to replace some old gates which had deteriorated after some 15years of use. In addition there were problems with the gate automation.
I contacted the Wooden Gate Company and after speaking to Mr Peter Caulkin he arranged to visit my home to discuss the problems.(Fortunately, he only lived a few miles from me).
He carried out a thorough survey and arranged new gates and new automation for me.
The quality of the gates, the finish and the installation was superb. I could not have expected a more professional job.
It was a truly 5 star service. I would highly recommend this Company to all.
