Refund policy
1. You have 7 days cooling off period from the time you place the order either at our office or on the site. However if you return the  confirmation of order to ourselves within this period will will assume that you do not wish this to apply and are asking us to proceed with the order as confirmed by yourselves.
2. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods in that they are made to your specifications and are not a resaleable item we can only accept the return of the goods if the workmanship is faulty and is unable to rectified in a timely fashion, or that your specifications have not been followed.
3. All products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and if any is found we will be happy to replace once they have been returned. Please note that timber is a natural product and is prone by its very nature to some movement for which we cannot be held responsible. It is essential that the gate care instructions are followed. Any faulty goods should be advised with 48 hours of delivery.
